Appropriate security measures will be observed to prevent the loss of personal data, unlawful or incorrect use of the same, or unauthorized access.

5. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The Company collects personal data of the user to fulfill a legal obligation and/or to defend its rights in judicial proceedings (basis for processing: legal obligations which the Company is required to comply with).

Purpose c:

The Company collects user data for sending periodic informational newsletters related to update seminars, training courses, and events connected to Fratelli Festi srl.

Providing data for this purpose is optional, and failure to provide it does not prevent the implementation of the requested services during the application for enrollment in the School and/or seminar.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes and within the strictly necessary limits, the user’s personal data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators of Fratelli Festi srl, appointed as data controllers and/or processors, according to and within the limits of their assigned duties and roles.

Finally, data may be transmitted to entities to whom such communication must be made to comply with or enforce specific legal obligations, regulations, and/or EU legislation.
